After the first round of collecting feedback and revisions, we still see the strong need to establish criteria on the credibility of a standard: In our eyes, audits/checks on compliance with a standard (at both producers and brands) should be carried out by truly independent parties. Examples on how this could be assessed are criteria on a multi stakeholder approach, a complaints system where workers can claim violations of compliance with a standard or publications duties (e.g. brand audit report, social report, complaints reports)
